Who we are

LCP Systems is the trading name of Sahil Kaushik, a sole proprietor established in India. We analyse business workflows and build the automation systems that analysis supports.

References to "LCP Systems", "we", "us" and "our" mean Sahil Kaushik trading as LCP Systems. Our website is leadcapturepros.com. We operate as an email-first business and do not publish a walk-in office address; all correspondence, including privacy requests and legal notices, should go to the address in the Contact section.

Privacy Policy

1. Two roles

As a business, for our own website. When you visit leadcapturepros.com, submit a form, or contact us, we decide what is collected and why. This policy governs that.

As a service provider, for a client. When we analyse a workflow or build a system for a client, any information belonging to that client — or to their customers — remains theirs. We handle it only on their instructions, for the engagement, and for nothing else.

2. What we collect on this website

• Information you provide. Name, work email, company name, and anything you type into a form or send by email — including job descriptions and workflow descriptions submitted for analysis.
• Usage information. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and timestamps, via standard server logs and analytics.
• Scheduling information. If you book a call, our scheduling provider records the time, your contact details and anything you add to the booking.

Please do not send confidential or third-party personal information through a web form or unencrypted email. If you send a job description, remove anything you would not want held by an outside party.

3. What we receive during an engagement

A workflow analysis typically involves: job descriptions, process and procedure documentation, screenshots or exports showing how a workflow runs, volume and staffing figures, and conversation with the people who do the work.

A build engagement may additionally involve access to client systems — a CRM, a helpdesk, an email platform, a database — and to sample or live data within them. Where that happens:

• Access is requested at the lowest permission level that will do the job
• Credentials are never shared between clients, never stored in plain text, and never sent over unencrypted channels
• Access is revoked, and the client asked to rotate any credential issued to us, on completion
• Wherever the work permits it, we use test or anonymised data rather than live personal data

We do not seek, and ask clients not to provide, special-category personal data, payment card data, or health information.

4. Personnel and contractors

LCP Systems engages a small number of developers and contractors to deliver build work. Anyone with access to client information is bound by written confidentiality obligations no less protective than those we give the client, works only on what the engagement requires, and has access removed when their part of the work ends. Clients may ask at any time who has had access to their systems or data, and we will tell them.

5. Why we use information

• To respond to enquiries, analyse submitted workflows and job descriptions, and hold calls
• To deliver analysis and build engagements for clients
• To keep records for invoicing, accounting and tax
• To protect against fraud, abuse and security incidents
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use client information — including job descriptions, workflow documentation, or anything inside a client's systems — to train, fine-tune or improve any AI model. We do not use one client's information for the benefit of another.

6. Service providers

We rely on third parties to operate: cloud hosting and storage, email, calendar and scheduling, website analytics, automation and integration platforms used to deliver client work, and payment processing. Each receives only what it needs and may not use it for its own purposes. A current list is available to clients on request, and clients are told before a material change affecting their engagement.

7. Where information is handled

LCP Systems is operated from India. Website data and client working files are held in cloud infrastructure that may be located in India or the United States. Where a client requires that their data remain in a specific region, that must be agreed in writing before the engagement begins. This means information may be transferred across borders, including to countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you are located.

We use encryption in transit, access limited to named individuals on a need-to-know basis, unique credentials with multi-factor authentication on systems holding client information, and written obligations on everyone with access. No system is perfectly secure. Where a breach affects a client we will notify them without undue delay and in any event within 48 hours of becoming aware, and cooperate with their own notification obligations.

LCP Systems does not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification and does not represent that it does. The protections described here are contractual and operational rather than independently certified.

10. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you as a website visitor or prospective client, and to stop sending you email. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including to know what is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and not to be treated differently for exercising them. We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within the period applicable law requires.

If your request concerns information we handled on behalf of a client, contact that client directly — they control that record. Tell us and we will assist them.

11. Children

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes

We update this policy as our services change and revise the effective date above. Material changes affecting clients are communicated directly.

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of leadcapturepros.com. They are not the agreement under which we deliver work — clients sign a separate services and confidentiality agreement, and where the two conflict, that agreement controls.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we are not

LCP Systems is a technology and services business. We are not a law firm, an accountancy practice or a licensed adviser of any kind, and nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice. Using this site or speaking with us creates no professional or fiduciary relationship, and nothing you send through this site is privileged.

3. Analysis is an opinion, not a guarantee

A workflow analysis is a professional opinion prepared for discussion. Estimates of cost, time saved, feasibility or build effort are estimates. They are not guarantees of outcome, savings or performance, and they depend on information you provide being accurate and complete. Decisions you take on the basis of an analysis — including hiring decisions — are yours.

4. Informational content

Descriptions of our services, process, pricing and timelines are general information and may change. Any pricing or guarantee shown here applies only as set out in a signed engagement. Statements about what can be automated are general; what is possible depends entirely on the workflow in question.

5. Workflow and job description submissions

If you submit a job description or workflow description, you confirm you are entitled to share it and that it contains no confidential information belonging to a third party. We use submissions solely to prepare an analysis for you and to respond to your enquiry. We do not publish submissions and we do not use them to train AI models.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• Do not scrape, mirror or systematically extract content without written permission
• Do not submit confidential, privileged or third-party personal information
• Do not submit false or misleading information

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and marks on this site are owned by Sahil Kaushik trading as LCP Systems, or by our licensors, and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal evaluation. Ownership of anything produced during a paid engagement is dealt with in the engagement agreement, not here.

8. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party sites and tools, including scheduling and form providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LCP Systems and its proprietor, personnel and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of this site — even if advised of the possibility. Total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site will not exceed USD 100. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement, not by this limit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of this site or breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of competent jurisdiction in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to this site. Nothing here affects mandatory consumer protection rights available where you live.

13. Changes

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
